Two Meter Crew OR Citizens Band Radio?
Howdy troops!
Well boys and girls, over the past thirty six hours, I did not know if I was monitoring H.A.M. radio or Citizens Band Radio. From my quite limited perspective on such matters, it was a real "TREAT" being subjected to what was tantamount to broadcasting - (i.e. Singing - Pseudo Animal Noises - Rambling Monologues) and whether intentional or unintentional, the generation of spurious noise bursts. This was one hell of a way to show the monitoring world what Two Meter Crew and Mr.Wendel Peterson's repeater is all about. Just saying.

Morning Bob! I guess I missed those shenanigans. Dang it! For the most part, what I hear is good-natured camaraderie with some shenanigans mixed in. I will take it- activity is better than no activity and the people I hear OTA are keeping the activity level up. GOTA!
I couldn't help but chuckle at the "rambling monologues" comment. I always that was an intregal portion of the Ham identity.
I think it's great that a bunch of guys can sit around and be themselves, doing no harm to others, and have an enjoyable time.
If some topic gets a little too intense, the subject gets changed and the conversations continue. It's all good fun.
If I wasn't already listening, I'd want to.
